The Lady Indians Basketball team won their game today against Binger-Oney! They will play the Texhoma/Cyril game winner tomorrow, Friday, February 17th, at 1:30 pm at Cheyenne High School. Elementary and Junior High cheerleading tryouts will be held on Friday, March 3rd. Students may pick up information packets and permission slips from Mrs. Tutten. Permission slips must be returned to Mrs. Tutten by Wednesday, February 22nd in order to try out. We will take a fan bus for grades 7th through 12th grade that will leave the school at 12:15 PM for students in 7th-12th grades. Permission slips will be sent home with students today, February 13th. Students can eat lunch in the cafeteria before the bus leaves or bring money for concessions at the game. The fan bus will leave after the girl's game and should return to the school around 4:00 P.M.

Join us today at the Navajo Show Barn for the Navajo Livestock Local Show! It is a great family-friendly event that is free! There will be a small concession stand, with an auction and a $500 cash giveaway raffle! We hope to see you there!



Last Friday, our TSA students traveled to Southwest Oklahoma University to participate in a STEM engineering competition! Our junior high students had problem-solving competitions, and one of our groups won first place! Those students were, Hannah Ring, Tinsley Funkhouser, Alexa Herrera, and Jethro Guenther. Our high school students had a structural engineering project and had to build bridges that could withstand weight without breaking. Navajo High School TSA students came in first and second place!! Our first-place winners were, Peyton Cassady, Alex Biddy, and Dalton Bearden. And the second-place winners were Carrie Bitz and Aiden Perkins.
After the competition, the high school students toured the Technology Engineering Department, where Mr. Burks studied!!
