Jackson County Water Department just informed Navajo School that we will not have water until possibly later this afternoon due to a water pump issue. We are asking parents to come and pick up their children as soon as possible. We will run our buses at 11 AM to allow parents time to get to bus stops. We apologize for this inconvenience.
A PRECAUTIONARY BOIL ADVISORY has been issued as of 2:30PM today.
As a precaution, it is advised that the consumers of JCWC Drinking Water bring the water to a boil. Our cafeteria will follow this guidance in food preparation. Our water fountains will be shut down tomorrow August 23rd as well. We will be accepting bottled water donations at this time and you may send extra drinking water with your child tomorrow.

Navajo High School Softball will play in the Hobart tournament at 2:30 today August 17th against the winner of Am-Po and Anadarko. It is single elimination tournament with possible games after at 4:00 and 6:00. Navajo High School Baseball will play at Granite today August 17th against Cheyenne at 1:15 and Granite at 3:30. Good luck tribe!!!!!
High school students join us for our first student council meeting coming up this Wednesday.
There has been another important update to tonight's softball tournament. The location has changed and games will now be at Mountain View. Game times will remain the same as previously posted, 6:30pm and 8:00pm. Thank you!

Navajo Junior High and High School Supply list is now posted on the school website www.navajo.k12.ok.us under the documents tab. Reminder Meet the Teacher next Tuesday August 13th from 5-7 PM for Pre K-12th grade students. First day of school is Thursday August 15th. Any new student interested in coming to Navajo can come to the school between the hours of 8-3 PM as we still have some room in most of our grades. Looking forward to a great year!
