
Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members, We are heartbroken to share that our beloved teacher, Ms. Lori Ann Winters, has passed away. In honor of her contributions and to allow our entire school community to attend the memorial service, we will be closing school on Wednesday October 16, 2024. We encourage everyone to join us in celebrating Ms. Lori Ann Winters' life and the impact she had on all of us. Services will be held Wednesday October 16 at 2:00 PM at Elm and Hudson Church of Christ in Altus. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Fall Carnival Ticket Pre-Sale starts tomorrow, October 15th. 5 tickets for $1.00 or it will be 4 tickets for $1.00 at the door. Faculty will be stopping by classrooms on a daily basis to collect money and distribute pre-sale tickets. The Fall Carnival will be Saturday October 26 from 5-8 PM. Please make plans to come out and have a good time and support our Junior Class!

Join us tomorrow as we send off our High School Baseball team to the State Championship Playoffs!


Our Highschool Baseball Team will play their first game in the State Championship Playoffs this Thursday October 10, 2024.


Navajo is thrilled to announce our participation in the State Baseball Playoffs at Edmond Santa Fe High School this Thursday, October 10, 2024! Our first game in the tournament will be at 1:30 PM against Wister. To show our support for our players, we will be providing a “Fan Bus” to go to the game for grades 7th – 12th. Please have permission slips turned in no later then Wednesday Oct 9, 2024.


Navajo Student Council would like to say CONGRATULATIONS to our Elementary Teacher of the Week, Ms. Smith! Ms. Smith received a Just Brew It gift card donated by Wichita Insurance and will have a sign displayed outside her room this week. We appreciate all you do Ms. Smith! Go Tribe!

Baseball will play in the State Tournament starting this Thursday. More information will be coming soon!


HS Baseball will continue on in the Regional Tournament today 10/4 at 2:00pm at Rattan.

Softball will be playing at 1:00pm today, Oct 4 2024.


There has been a time change for today's regional softball game. The Lady Indians softball team will now play at 1:00 at Navajo.

HS Baseball has won their game against Ripley and will play again at 5:30pm tonight!

Reminder picture retakes are Thursday October 3rd. Navajo Softball Regionals are here tomorrow starting at noon against Sterling. Students in 7th-12th grade may go to the games with paid admission ($10 cash or $7 plus service fee online at www.ossaa.com ) Navajo Baseball Regionals are at Rattan tomorrow, Navajo plays at 2:00 against Ripley. Tickets are $10 cash for adults and students or $7 at www.ossaa.com. Good luck Tribe!!!
