Wow!! Navajo parents did an amazing job loving on all our elementary teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week! Monday, they provided a coffee bar, Tuesday, they brought in everyone's favorite Sonic drink, and on Wednesday, they brought lunch from The Plaza. Thank you so much to you all!







State Baseball Game Information!
Tickets may be purchased online through this link for Thursday's game: https://gofan.co/event/3597062?schoolId=OSSAA
Online tickets are $10 plus a service fee, or you can pay $13 cash at the door.
Permission slips will go home with students in 7th- 12th grade for the fan bus and will need to be turned in on Wednesday, May 7th.
The game on Thursday starts at 4:00 PM at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee.
We will have a pep assembly for the baseball team today, May 6th, at noon in the old gym. Come out to support the tribe!!!


Our state send off today, May 6th, will now be a pep rally in the old gym at noon.

A few announcements for this week.


Navajo Elementary track meet scheduled for this afternoon has been cancelled due to weather. We will reschedule at a later date. Navajo Baseball has made the state tournament this Thursday so we will have Distance Learning Days Thursday and Friday this week. We will have a baseball state sendoff this Tuesday at Noon in between elementary and high school buildings.

Congratulations, Navajo Baseball! They have punched their ticket to STATE!!!


Congratulations Braden Morrow for placing 1st in the 25 yard dash, and Krissy Garcia for placing 1st in the long jump and softball throw!



Regional championship tomorrow Sunday May 4th! Navajo will be playing at 4:00 p.m. at Navajo.


There has been a slight delay in today's (Friday, May 2nd) baseball games. Games will now be starting at 12:00pm at Kiwanis Park in Altus at 400 N. Park Ave


Due to field conditions, baseball's regional tournament has had some changes.
Games will be played Friday May 2nd and Sunday May 4th.
Fridays games will now be at Kiwanis Park in Altus at 400 N. Park Ave and Sundays games will be played at the Navajo Field.
All games weather permitting.

We still have a limited number of copies of this year's 2024-2025 edition in stock, and the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 editions for $40 each. To purchase any of these editions, please bring cash or a check (payable to Navajo Yearbook) to the high school office.

Due to a cooler stretch of weather and to allow for more space Baccalaureate has been moved to the new gym. It is this Sunday, May 4th, at 8 pm. You may invite all the family and friends you want to this event. Seniors can meet in library at 7:30 and will walk up closer to 8.


Yearbooks will be delivered this week!
We have a limited number of extra books available for purchase. Please bring any orders to the front office or Mrs. Foster. Cash or checks made out to Navajo Yearbook or Navajo Schools will be accepted.


The Navajo Baccalaureate will be this Sunday, May 4th, at 8:00 pm.


As the end of the school year is quickly approaching, we kindly ask for your support in helping your child locate and return any lost library books by Thursday, May 1st.
Also, please make sure that all lunch account balances are paid in full by Friday, May 16th.
